Build relationships. Build your future.

Help homeowners understand essential services, build real customer relationships, and choose when and how much you participate as an independent contractor.

Intended contractor opportunityClassification follows applicable law.

Lower 48 applicant poolApplications welcome; activity depends on approved territory and local rules.

The opportunity

Be the person who makes the choice clear.

Where permitted, Powerhaven advisors meet homeowners in person, learn what they need, and explain relevant services from our provider partners.

01

Start with the customer

Ask good questions and understand what the home needs.

02

Explain the options

Make the service, available offer, and next step easy to understand.

03

Follow through

Help the customer move from choosing to getting set up.

Why join

More ways to build.

The opportunity is built around multiple services, personal relationships, performance, and the freedom to participate on your own terms.

01

More services to offer

Work across solar, security, power, gas, smart home, and home internet.

02

Flexible by design

This is intended to be an independent-contractor opportunity. Choose when and how much you participate, subject to applicable law and the written terms provided before participation.

03

Uncapped earning potential

Where the applicable compensation plan has no maximum commission cap, eligible advisors may earn more as qualifying sales increase. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary by territory, offers, customer demand, eligibility, and individual results.

04

Bonuses, incentives, and gifts

At select times, eligible advisors may qualify for bonuses, incentives, or gifts under written program terms. Availability, requirements, eligibility, and value vary, and programs may be limited or changed.

Compensation, incentive availability, eligibility, contractor terms, and provider coverage vary and are explained during the interview process. “Uncapped” means there is no stated maximum under the applicable commission plan; it is not a promise of earnings or a representation of typical results.

Important classification and compliance notice. This page describes an intended independent-contractor opportunity. A label on a webpage or form does not determine worker status; applicable law and the actual working relationship do. Door-to-door or in-home activity may require local permits, business licenses, salesperson registrations, identification, time-and-place compliance, property-access and no-solicitation rules, and consumer-sale disclosures. Participation, compensation, eligibility, licensing, approved territory, and any written agreement or other terms may vary by state and locality. Do not participate in a territory until the required approvals are confirmed.

ApplicationStep 1 of 4

Step 01

Start with the basics.

Give us the best way to reach you and where you are based. We consider applicants across the 48 contiguous states, with participation subject to approved territory and local requirements.

Step 02

Tell us how you work.

There is more than one path into this role. Share the experience that best describes you.

Keep it to a few sentences. We want to hear how you communicate, connect, or follow through.

Step 03

Choose your level of involvement.

There are no fixed employee hours. You decide when and how much time you spend, whether alongside your current work or whenever it fits.

Required permits, licenses, registrations, training, and local authorization vary by territory and must be confirmed before field activity.

Step 04

Take a quick look.

Make sure everything looks right, then send your application.
